- Complete the formSix short sections. Save a draft at any time and submit when ready. You'll get a reference number such as BAF-2026-0001.
- Terminal Manager reviewThe Terminal Manager checks the form and forwards it to the Managing Director.
- Managing Director decisionYour application is approved, deferred or rejected. Decisions are normally made the same business day.
- You're notifiedApprovals are emailed and shown in your account. If an application is deferred, you'll see why and can correct and resubmit it.
